There are two ways that you can register your copy of Memeo AutoBackup.
1) At the start up of Memeo AutoBackup, you will be prompted with 3 options: Buy Now, Use Trial Version, and Enter Product Key. Please select 'Enter Product Key' and enter in your serial number.
2) In the main window of AutoBackup, under the 'Help' menu. Select 'Register' and enter in your serial number.
If you cannot perform any of these options then your copy of Memeo AutoBackup should be registered. |

| Yes, but what if you upgraded to a newer version and were told to use your old serial number but it no longer fits and spills over into the email line? |

bw,
You may use your old serial number to register. Your DPI settings on your monitor may be larger, just go ahead and enter it and it will register. |

I have try to input the serial number for my product. Tried all the numbers in different ways I cannot get it to accept any of them. I am so frustrated. The serial number I have is significantly smaller than the room that is givin to input.....PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Im so frustrated  |

I've set up my Buffalo Drive and did the initial copying of the folders (directories) I wish to have Memeo monitor and dynamically back up as files are added or edited. I was prompted to register my Memeo product, but did not have the CD-sleeve in hand at the time and skipped the step.
Memeo seems to be working well: When I edit a document or other file in my selected folders, it gets back-up to the Buffalo drive. I now have the CD-sleeve with the Memeo serial number. But where/how do I enter it to register?

How do you register if you don't have your Product Key (ie threw the paperwork away) but have bought the full version ? Is there a way of getting the Product Key via the serial number ? |

I found it! The product key is located within the Regulatory Compliance pamphlet which was inside the product packaging. |

I can not find the product key number for the memeo product anywhere because it did not come with a CD and it is not listed in the Regulatory Compliance Packet. PLEASE HELP!!!!  |

| I think I found the Product Number but the number is too small for the amount of spaces the register window provides. What should I do? It keeps coming up as invalid no matter how much I try to move the numbers around. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
