Depending on how you have received Memeo software, you can find your product key by doing the following:
I purchased Memeo software off of Memeo.com
Please check your email. Along with the confirmation of your purchase, you will also receive a serial number in the same message. Our support team will also be able to retrieve your product key if you purchased the program from our site. Please contact them at cs@memeo along with the email address that you registered when purchasing the software.
Memeo software came bundled with my Buffalo hardware
The product key can be found on the disc sleeve which carried the Memeo software cd. There will be a sticker on the sleeve that contains the product key.
Memeo software came bundled with my Seagate hardware
There should be a product key on the back of your product literature that will unlock your software past the trial period. This product key is attached to your ?This Won't Take Long" guide that came with your Seagate hardware. |

| Hello there, I got WD MyBook Home Edition, and I couldn't find the product key anywhere. I saw that in the "technical support service", there's a small box on the bottom right which has "Software license key goes here" written inside. However, I couldn't spot the key. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot |

Howdy,
I purchased a Buffalo Linstation EZ that came with bundled Memeo Autobackup. At the top of the insert it says "Use the included CD to install your FREE version of Memeo - a $29.95 value!"
There is no product key on the sleeve, in the package, on the package, or anywhere else.
The other problem is that the Memo Autobackup software wants to install dot-net 1.1 (I have dot-net 3.x), then it says it cannot find its files and wants me to insert the ".NET CD." Ok, who has one of those? LOL!
So, the bundled software won't install, and I have no install key. Nothing indicates that this is a trial version, and my correspondence with Buffalo says that it is a full version.
How is this all supposed to work? Is the software bundled with the Buffalo LS-L500GL a demo or full version? How can I get an upgrade that will install on WinXPsp2 with dot-net 3? |

justwally,
Please contact us at cs@memeo.com for your product key issue. In regards to .NET Framework, you will need to install .NET 1.1 in order to run the program. Versions 3.0 and 1.1 are separate entities and will be able to run together. |

Howdy Jason,
Thanks for the info about 1.1 vs. 3.0 (good to know). |
